Hello, everyone!
ベトナムにはコロナウイルス新感染者がいない3ヵ月以上にわたって、昨日また新感染者がいました。ベトナムだけでなく、日本でもコロナ禍の影響がまだ収束していないから、皆さんはいつも健康に気をつけてください。
In Vietnam, for last 3 months, up till yesterday, there were no COVID-19 infected people, but it changed yesterday. Not only in Vietnam, Japan also COVID-19 hasn’t ended yet, so please everyone take care of yourself.
今日はいつもと同じで、ハノイのすごい交通渋滞にあって、車とバイクの海を泳ぐような感じました。
As usual, I was caught by Hanoi’s traffic jam, I felt like I was swimming among the ocean of cars and motorcycles.
交通渋滞の中で、前のほうに進められなくなって、たった２，３センチだけ進められることもあります。その時は周りの人々を見たり、またはつまらなくならないようによく聞いている歌をつぶやいていたりする時もあります。ハノイの交通渋滞時間帯は朝７時から８時半ぐらいまでで、そして、午後５時半から６時半までです。ハノイに来たら注意してください。そのため、ハノイの人はいつも「ハノイは急げないよ」とか「ラッシュアワーはハノイの特徴みたいなもので、それがないと変な感じになる」とよく冗談を言っています。
In the middle of the traffic jam, I could not move forward, sometime, we can go only 2cm to 3cm. When it happens, I look around people or sing a song with small voice so that I will not bore myself. The traffic jam happens, 7:00-8:30 and 17:30-18:30. So if you visit Hanoi, be careful. Because of this bad traffic, people in Hanoi often say jokes, “You cannot stay in Hanoi” or “Rush hour of Hanoi is one of its character, so without it, it feels strange”.
ところで、今日は私たちがトレーニングセッションの後、仕事にとりかかりました。初めてなので、かなり時間がかかりましたが、新しい経験でだんだん日本人の仕事の進め方にアプローチしていく感じがしました。
By the way, we started actual work after training session last week. It was first time for me so it took long time but I felt I am approaching Japanese way of proceeding job with new experience.

Wow! Readers!! Have you noticed, Ly-san’s blog style changed a bit? Her view moved from inside of the office to out side. And the way she write the title changed as well. Blog is one of many ways to communicate with audiences. Experiment a few styles to seek who is Ly-san’s own audiences are is very good. Although, I have a feeling… she has already got her own audience image. That was a part of what she did on target research today. The research was for SNS post she will be creating, but for the blog, she seems to got it.
わぉ！読者のみなさん、お気づきになりました？リーさんのブログスタイルがちょっと変わりましたね。視点がオフィスの中から外へ変わりました。そして、タイトルのつけ方も変わりました。ブログはオーディエンスとコミュニケーションをとる方法の１つです。自分の読者層に合ったスタイルを探るために、いろいろ試みるのは良いことです。だけど、どうやら、リーさんは自分の読者層を理解したんじゃないかな？それがこの日の課題でもありました。SNS投稿向けのターゲット層をイメージすること。ブログではそれができているようです。
