たとえ、インターンであっても、インターンシップ・コーディネイターからお正月のギフトをいただきました！これって、ベトナムの職場文化においてとっても重要なんです。
Time flies so fast that the first half of our internship is coming to an end! I still remember how I was so tired during the first couple of days with the online internship training with the internship coordinator… And to be honest, after all the hard moment in 2020, I came to this internship with absolutely no expectation…
あぁっ！というまに、インターンシップ前半が終了！インターンシップ・コーディネイターによる最初の2日間の研修でどんなに疲れていたか、今でもすぐ思い出せます。実は、この大変な2020年で過ごしてきた時間から、全く何も期待せず参加しました。
Then up until this point, everything turned out to be the best place of work I could ever wish for in 2020 – best instructor, nicest co-workers, cute office and of course, greatest learning experience. I cannot say more thankful to what I’m receiving from this internship opportunity.
ところが！ここへきて、これ以上望めるものはないくらいに全てが好転しました-最高の指導員、とても素敵な同僚、可愛いオフィスそしてもちろん素晴らしい学びの機会。このインターンシップの機会から得られているものに、これ以上感謝のしようがないくらい。
What’s even more exciting is actually not the break itself but more like what comes during and after that… For example, we will have an online excursion to experience Japan a bit (through the small screen) with our instructor during the break; I would like to have a lunch date with my lovely co-intern, Ly-san; and on the day when we come back from the break, the whole office will have a hotpot party together… and much more to come in the second-half of our internship. How exciting!
もっとワクワクするのは、休暇そのものじゃなくて、これから何が起こるか。例えば、休暇中に（小さいスクリーンを通してですが）、私たちの指導員が案内してくれる、日本を少し経験するオンライン小旅行があるんです。その時に、インターン・パートナーのリーさんとランチデートもするつもり。そして、休暇から戻ったその日に、ハノイ・オフィスの全員で鍋パーティーです…そしてもっと色んなことがインターンシップの後半ではあります。ワクワクが止まらない！
I can’t wait for 2020 to pass by and new things come into the new year of 2021~
2020年が終わって2021年の新しいことが始まるのを待ちきれません！

Great job on first half! What a sprint we took!
As I mentioned in Ly-san’s blog, after thinking what we accomplished, I am thinking of adjusting up coming plan. I am very glad to know that our internship become meaningful experience for Linh-san. Today, Linh-san and I were talking and sharing our desktop view to discuss how we could create certain look for a visual without using Adobe software. Then I felt strongly that I wish I could provide individual internship for both of them about their own strength. But, for now what I wish is for both of them to ENJOY their break.
グッジョブ！前半のインターンシップ終了。ものすごいダッシュで走り抜けた前半。リーさんのブログでも書きましたが、ここまでやり遂げたことを考慮して、後半の内容に少し手を加えようと思います。このインターンシップがリンさんの役に立てていると知ってホッとしています。今日は、リンさんと画面を共有しながら、アドビのソフトを使わずにいかに、作りたい画像に近づけるかという話をしていました。そんな時、ふと、2人それぞれの強みをもっと活かした個別のインターンシップが出来たらよかったのになと感じました。けれど、今、私が彼女たちに望むのは、この休暇をとにかく楽しむこと！
